jilimax operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jilimax reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.
jilimax accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilimax does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. jilimax aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. jilimax reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on the jilimax Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). jilimax does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

jilimax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jilimax Platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and a clear description of the issue.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
